LOCAL PICK OR DELIVER ITEMS

  • Your initial retainer of 50% reserves your event date and is non-refundable. Your retainer can only be transferred to a different date upon approval.
  • We must receive the balance by the due date indicated on the invoice or the contract is null and void, and the retainer will not be refunded
  • The date of your final payment is the final date for any changes of size, style, or flavor of the cake. Any changes requested after this date cannot be made.
  • Delivery and setup fees are included in the total invoice.
  • We are not responsible for any damage to the cake after setup is complete. You are responsible for providing an appropriate and secure table and environment for the cake(s).  Cakes are heavy and require a sturdy table and an optimal room temperature of 70 degrees or below.
  • If you or your representative elects to pick up and set up the cake, you assume all liability and responsibility for the condition of the cake once it leaves.
  • On occasion, we will photograph our cakes, and we reserve the right to use any photographs for display or promotion without compensation to you.
  • Our products may contain or come into contact with milk, wheat, nuts, soy, and other allergens. You agree to notify your guests of this risk and hold us harmless from allergic reactions.
  • Local delivery and set up is $50. Outside of the 10-mile radius, we can deliver and set up for a fee of $0.75 per mile round trip.  It is your responsibility to ensure that the event location is open and available for set up at the appointed time.  Should we have to wait at the site for the event location to be opened, you will be billed for the time at a rate of $25 per 15 minutes which must be paid before the setup of your cake.

SHIPPED ITEMS

All orders are shipped Monday-Friday. Orders will typically take 1-3 days to arrive at their destination depending on where you are located.

Orders are shipped via UPS and occasionally can take longer due to common issues such as COVID-19 and/or weather conditions. If you need your treats in a rush, it's recommended that you purchase expedited shipping. 

It is also recommended that expedited shipping is selected for all orders that require longer than 3 days to arrive.

 

Each jar contains creamy generous layers of cake, frosting and/or filing!

    • Enjoy 7-10 days un-refrigerated 
      * OR freeze unopened jars for up to 3 months

    • Jars are shipped ready to open and enjoy!

    • Each 8-ounce jar generously contains two servings (3.5-4 ounces per serving)

    • Jars are made from 100% recycled plastic and topped with a foam "freshness" liner to seal in the freshness.
